The view in the Cary, NC location is of a parking lot and Trader Joe’s, but the nice weather compensated for the lack of atmosphere. You order at the cash register and someone brings your order to your table – at the location I went to I sat outside as it was pretty busy and noisy inside. Tijuana Flats is a fast casual chain restaurant with many locations including Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
